Speed & Agility ladders are excellent for agility footwork and plyometric training.  Also brilliant for fun children's athletics, these webbing ladder with plastic rungs are versatile kit for every or PE teacher.  

2 lengths of 5-metre webbing ladder, joined by velcro to make a 10 metre ladder.

Comes in either a bag or a handy stacking rack.

Fixed or Adjustable Options

Availabe in either:

• Fixed ladder, with rungs a set spacing apart
• Adjustable ladder, with rungs which can be moved to your desired distance apart for more specific training.
