Crémant de Bourgogne, made in the Méthode Traditionnelle style from the Burgundy region of France, utilizing all four of the regions regal varieties, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligoté.  Well rounded, full, easy drinking and fresh.

Bailly Lapierre is the birthplace of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne. Since 1972, they produce sparkling wines in underground cellars, offering intense mineral freshness from the terroir rich in ancient marine deposits and limestone soils.
