Dynaband - various strengths

Dynaband resistance elastics are excellent for training, recovery and physiotherapy.  Resistance bands provide a mild extra resistance and hence an overload for exercising muscle groups.  The great advantage of them is the ability to target specific muscle groups and movements fairly accurately.  They are also easy to transport so exercise can be done at home or 'on the move' without the need for specialist gym equipment.

• Pink (light - for remedial work)
• Green (medium)
• Purple (strong)
• Grey (strongest)

Simply choose a single Dynaband in the strength of your choice, or a set of one of each.
