Roped Medicine Ball

This roped medicine ball is made of synthetic polymer and is cushioned with a dimpled surface for easy grip. 

Being synthetic polymer they can be used indoors and outdoors wet or dry.  They do not require the care that leather balls need if used outdoors.

Before throwing always check the security of the rope, ensure sufficient free space in order to swing.  Bear in mind that when you stop swinging the ball may retaliate by a clout to the head!

Ideal for core strength development, swinging, rotation, circular exercises.  See below for some medicine ball training ideas.
