Aluminium Training Hurdle - Junior/Senior

Unweighted training hurdles with an aluminium frame and PVC top bar.  Ideal for training junior athletes as they reduce to a low height which is great for developing correct hurdling technique and building confidence.  Unweighted hurdles are better for training as they reduce the load on the athlete if the hurdle is knocked.

Hurdle Assembly

Junior Training Hurdles are supplied in component form for self-assembly.  The base cross bar and outward facing legs are simply knocked into the plastic corners with a mallet or protected hammer.
