Gripped Javelin Throwing Ball | 400g to 1kg

Perfect training aid for introducing javelin techniques to younger throwers.  The grip enables this ball to be held round the grip in a forked grip, which is one of the key teaching methods for javelin.  It is also known as a Knocken ball.

This ball is also used for younger disabled athletes who cannot grip a javelin, as well as for throw training purposes.
