Resistance Bands - 12 metre roll

Roll of latex resistance exercise band, 12mtr long.  This versatile exercise band can be used as one length or cut in to shorter lengths.  Ideal for coaches looking for a good-value group coaching bands.

Resistance bands provide a mild extra resistance and hence an overload for exercising muscle groups. The great advantage of them is the ability to target specific muscle groups and movements fairly accurately. They are also easy to transport so exercise can be done at home or 'on the move' without the need for specialist gym activities.
